PPI Corporation Pty Ltd - Warranties against defects
PPI Corporation Pty Ltd provides this warranty against defects from the date of purchase of this product for the warranty period specified on the product packaging (PPI Corporation Pty Ltd recommends that you keep the document comprising this warranty and the product packaging with your proof of purchase). If the packaging for this product does not specify any warranty period, no warranty against defects applies to this product.
This warranty excludes defects caused by after sale damage, neglect, abuse, incorrect use or maintenance, use not in accordance with instructions, user error or use of the product outside the purpose or design specifications for the product. This warranty is void if the product has been modified or attempts to repair the product have been made without the prior written approval of PPI Corporation Pty Ltd.
To make a claim under this warranty:
1. Please call the 1300 number below and provide PPI Corporation Pty Ltd with the product name and model, a description of the defect and the receipt number, date and place of purchase. You must meet the costs of this call and any other calls made by you to this number.
2. A defect product return claim will then be raised by PPI Corporation Pty Ltd and you will be required to send the product and proof of purchase (including date of purchase) in packaging that protects the product from damage to a REPLY PAID address for assessment.
3. If, following the assessment, PPI Corporation Pty Ltd determines that the defect falls within this warranty against defects, you will be sent a replacement product. PPI Corporation Pty Ltd will meet the postage costs to send replacement products to you, provided that your address is within Australia. You must meet the costs of any envelopes, boxes or packages used to post the defective product to PPI Corporation Pty Ltd.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits to you given under this warranty against defects are in addition to other rights and remedies you are entitled to under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Please Note: This warranty replaces any warranty against defects that might be found within the packaging for this product.
